Policy Analysis Groups (PAGs) represent teams of civil servants from central executive bodies brought together to work horizontally in creatively addressing concrete policy challenges within their respective scope of policy responsibility.
PAGs have been created to work on civil service reform priorities, namely:
- Classification system reform and its link to the remuneration system for civil servants.
- Introduction of new approaches to annual assessment of the performance of civil servants.
- Reforming the training of civil servants based on competency profiles for senior and middle level civil servants.
